Upon registration, each attendee will be mailed a copy of Scaling Up, Verne Harnish’s new book that captures the learning from thousands of companies that have implemented the Mastering the Rockefeller Habits framework. We want you be in momentum when you attend the workshop!
You will be challenged during the workshop to make concrete plans for applying what you’ve learned – to take actions that will propel your business forward. The post-workshop coaching session is a 2-3 hour live session with your leadership team to review your key take-aways and action steps and to answer any follow-on questions/issues you may have.
You will get a workbook that contains the key exercises and ideas contained in the Scaling Up workshop and book.
