Executive Coach and Business Consultant

As founder of The ArchBridge Group LLC, Wayne Serie is an experienced executive coach, mentor, and business advisor to CEOs, presidents and business owners. His expertise includes developing highly effective teams focused on successfully working together to meet the organization’s overall goals. His leadership style promotes strong values, fosters employee involvement, strives for organizational alignment, and focuses on developing long-term client relationships

Prior to founding The ArchBridge Group, Mr Series’ experience includes over 25 years in both pubic and private sector companies with focus in the manufacturing, educational, services, and federal government markets. These organizations ranged from start-up to several hundred million in annual revenue. His executive level positions included Corporate Finance Manager, Vice President, and President level positions

Significant accomplishments include:

  • Managed the Corporate Reporting and Accounting functions for a public company during rapid expansion from $10 million to $150 million dollars.
  • Directed the Merger and Acquisition analysis and integration for several acquisitions focused on enhancing the growth of this publicly traded organization.
  • Directed the Educational Testing and Measurement Business Unit for a publicly traded company which included the overall responsibility for Market Development, Customer Relationships, and overall Financial Performance of the Business Unit.
  • Directed a Large-Scale Customer and Employee Survey Research Business Unit which provide services across multiple industries. Directed the strategic planning and organizational improvement plans based on survey outcomes.
  • Facilitated the development of a growth strategy for a private sector survey research company resulting in the company gaining a national leadership position. Revenues grew from less that $500K to over $7 million.

Mr Serie is an experienced Executive Coach and Management Consultant with a BA from Metropolitan State University with graduate work in the Executive MBA Program at the University of St Thomas. He has completed advanced level courses in executive coaching and organizational development.
