Richard A. "Dick" Tesauro founded Tesauro Management Counselors, Inc. (TMC) in 1991 to serve rapidly growing and mid-size organizations. Dick’s broad base of senior management and industry experiences in enterprise-wide strategy, organization and people roles created his seasoned consulting perspectives and skill sets. Dick’s passions are Trusted Business Advisory Assistance™ (TBA) and Project Consulting focused on people, strategy, execution and financial results. He helps organizations and individuals develop their unique potential for growth, profitability and value creation.

Dick has 28 years of management consulting experience as an Ernst & Young Partner, a Metzler & Associates Partner and Shareholder, and President of TMC. He initiated and built Ernst & Young regional consulting practices in the Southeast and Southwest on a philosophy of working with clients to increase profitability, cash and value for their employees, customers and owners/shareholders. Dick's successful corporate career included senior line and staff management positions with General Motors Corporation and Bundy Corporation. His educational background includes an MBA and BSBA from Wayne State University and the Executive Program at Northwestern University J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Dick has also taught at the university level and been a guest speaker for numerous professional and industry groups.
