Mark Galindo

Founder and partner or the firm and first Latin-American certified "Coach" of Gazelles Executive Coaches. He graduated from Administration at the ITESM (Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey) and has an MBA from IPADE also diverse specialties and courses in Mexico and the USA. His professional experience includes executive positions en IT and Telecommunications enterprises like Consorcio Red Uno, Uninet, Telmex and Auracom. Being a born entrepreneur he participates as partner and counselor in different companies (logistics and transportation, formal children education and wine commerce. This various experience helps him to have a complete perspective (Corporate, Enterprise and Academic ) to help the development of the enterprises to whom he works for.

In his experience as a consultant the most successful have been practices in Strategic Planning and Growth, Knowledge Management, Costumer Relations, Project Management, Collaboration and Creative-Productivity with Mind Mapping; for the following companies: Pemex (Knowledge Management), Peñoles (Mind Maping), Grupo La Florida (Strategic Planning and Growth), Telmex-Red Uno (Customer Relations), CAPUFE (Mind Maping) among others.

He is the author of the concept of Personal Balanced Score Card. Actually he is writing about the concept and methodology. Also the development of the concept of a software.
