He spent most of this time in a London-based big-four consulting firm, working in engagements ranging from owner-managed businesses through to listed multi-nationals. His clients cover a broad range of industries, including heavy industrial, manufacturing, distribution, technology, financial services and venture capital.
Jai is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England Wales, and holds an MBA majoring in Information Technology. Now based in Sydney, Australia, he offers business advisory services to small and medium sized entities as well as listed and multi-national corporations. His primary focus is on assisting his clients in creating shareholder value, and he does this by drawing on his knowledge and experience in strategy, business process improvement, business mentoring and coaching, balanced scorecards, finance, accounting, investment appraisal, corporate governance and operational risk management.
