Ron Huntington, President and Head Coach of Gazelles International, has 18 years of experience as a Business Consultant and Executive Coach, is Owner and principal of Executive Mentors & Trainers (EMT) in Seattle, Washington, and a Partner in Sound Investments, a successful Pacific Northwest real estate development company. An inspiring speaker, Ron is the author of "Strategic Business Planning," published by BuilderBooks, the publishing arm of the National Association of Home Builders, in April of 2003. Among his diverse range of Clients and Industries, Ron works closely with the NAHB, presenting frequently to Industry 20-Groups, and has been a featured Presenter at the last three International Builder Shows in Las Vegas and Orlando, as well as a regular Speaker and Educator with the Consumer Electronics Association events held in North America.
Ron and EMT specialize in general management and leadership skills development and business performance consulting services. The emphasis at EMT is to improve both Results and Working Relationships, to advance overall organizational performance. Ron has over 30 years of entrepreneurial business development, ownership and general management experience, which includes work with start-ups, operations management, raising capital, investor relations, and financial stewardship. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Communications and Sociology in 1972.

Keith Cupp
Keith Cupp is the Executive Director of Gazelles International, a Partner with Executive Mentors and Trainers (EMT), and is located in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. He has over 20 years of "in the trenches" operating experience as a business leader in the high technology, real estate, aerospace and transportation industries, and served on two executive management teams whose companies were awarded "Fastest Growth Companies" recognition in Washington State.
Having led multiple companies in the roles of Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Investment Development, Keith’s particular areas of specialty are Sales & Marketing Management and Investment Capital Development. He is a talented communicator and proven leader who understands corporate culture, collaborative processes and knows how to assist organizations and their leadership to optimize the balance between people, performance and profit.
Keith is a native of Oregon, a graduate of Louisiana State University, and a distinguished veteran of the United States Naval Nuclear Power Program, having served as a Naval Officer and been awarded the Navy Achievement Medal while serving aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. He serves his community through Rotary, his local church and contributing his time to children’s causes in the Pacific Northwest. Keith is also an Associate Partner with Kingslin Capital, LLC, a Pacific Northwest real estate investment group.
