Since 1992, Gazelles Coach Elizabeth Crook has served as principal of Elizabeth Crook & Associates and Orchard Advisors, Advisors/Strategists to Entrepreneurs and Organizations. Elizabeth works with executives and management teams in both the U.S. and Canada, assisting her clients in re-thinking and re-formulating their work to create opportunities for growth.

Elizabeth's clients benefit from her experience as an executive in fast-growth companies in U.S. and Latin America, where she helped to launch and grow companies in new markets and channels. Current clients include firms from a broad array of industries including professional services, financial services, manufacturing, technology, real estate, health care, retail/wholesale, education, foundations and philanthropy. She has successfully raised venture capital.

Elizabeth has been sought out by socially responsible entrepreneurs, and includes among her clients one of Inc. Magazine’s Green Fifty. She is a presenter for the Social Venture Network and for the past seven years has been case study faculty for the Social Venture Institute (SVI) in British Columbia, in the areas of strategic growth, managing change and strategic planning.

Elizabeth served on the Board of the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Belmont University’s Massey School of Business in Nashville. The Nashville YWCA recognized her work in crafting a partnership between that organization and Dollar General Corporation. Currently she serves as Board Chair for a successful real estate and development company. Elizabeth has a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, an M.S from Tennessee State University, and is an advanced practitioner of the Technology of Participation (TOP).
