Bring your team together for a 2-day workshop where you will learn the fundamentals of the Gazelles Rockefeller Habits and develop your Gazelles One-Page Strategic Plan.
STEP 2
Gazelles Rockefeller Habits Implementation
You’ve learned the fundamentals, now it’s time to put the Gazelles Rockefeller Habits into action!
- Gazelles Annual Planning Session: Once a year spend 2 days with your Coach to focus on your annual plan and set your year up for success.
- Gazelles Quarterly Planning Session : Every quarter spend 1 or 2 days with your Coach to set your quarter up for success. You will clearly define company and individual priorities, develop success metrics, and determine a theme for the quarter.
Optional Coaching Services:
For those who want to accelerate their results, here are 2 additional options:
- Gazelles Monthly Focus Session: Every month bring your team together for 1 day to focus on a top priority, opportunity or challenge.
